- Roof panel installation
There are more water catchments on the roof, nail-free concealed board type with good waterproof performance is adopted, the method of on-site rolling and processing is adopted, and the roof is manually transported to the roof for installation after forming. Installation order: purlins – gutter – inner anti-hanging board – insulation layer – roofing board – ridge board.
- Purlin installation
Purlin adopts a common C-type purlin and must do surface treatment according to the drawing requirements before installation. Purlins are connected with roof beams by bolts, and care should be taken not to damage the surface coating when installing, and no deformation such as bending and twisting should occur.
- Laying insulation wool
insulation wool is 100mm thick 16K glass wool, uniform arrangement of insulation wool, laying flat, no gap.
- Panel installation
a. During installation, construction should be strictly in accordance with the layout and should be carried out lightly to prevent knocking, and dragging is strictly prohibited; there should be a channel during construction, and no walking back and forth on the panel surface to avoid damage to the panel.
b. The panel is laid perpendicular to the purlin, and the color plate fasteners are fixed on the purlin with self-tapping screws, then the panel is covered and the color plate joints are locked with the edge locking machine.
c. At the ridge, a gap of ≤50mm should be left between two panels, the trough at the end of the panel is turned up by 2-3cm with a special wrench to prevent rain from flowing backward when it is windy and raining, the ridge board is added after the gap is filled with insulation cotton, the ridge board is fixed with waterproof aluminum rivets and the peak of the panel, the lap length of the ridge board and panel is ≥250mm.
d. All color steel parts such as flooding are constructed according to the design drawings, tower joint length of 100mm, fixed with waterproof rivets, and beat on sealant.
- The construction method of wall panel
Installation order-purlin – door and window cladding board – inner wall board – insulation wool – outer wall board – closing board.
When installing the wall panel, the construction should be strictly in accordance with the “layout”, and attention should be paid to lightly take and place to prevent knocking, and dragging is strictly prohibited to avoid damaging the panel and affecting the quality and appearance. When the first board is installed, the flatness and perpendicularity of the wallboard should be tested first, and the board should be fixed after the adjustment is qualified. Every 10 wall panels are installed as a group, the verticality of the wall panels in both directions is tested, and if there is deviation, it should be gradually adjusted at the next level of wall panel installation to reach the correct position.
Wall panel joints and top panel ends should be sealed, appearance is straight and neat. The whole wall surface must be clean, with no oil and dust, and no obvious scratches and collision marks. The edges of door and window openings should be closed with color steel pieces, the door and window openings should be reserved strictly according to the design size, the shape of the openings should be square, and all color steel pieces such as paneling, edge wrapping, and corner boards should be constructed according to the design drawings, with the lap length of 100mm, fixed with aluminum rivets and sealed with sealing paste.
