During the whole process of construction, the project quality and safety tracking management are carried out by dedicated personnel, and the quality is strictly controlled to ensure that the project quality reaches excellent and safe construction so that the accident rate is zero. Details are as follows.
1)Construction process
Pre-installation line – steel column lifting – steel column axis, elevation, verticality correction – roof frame assembly – roof frame lifting – roof frame temporary fixing – junction high strength bolt connection Correction of verticality of roof beam – Initial and final screwing of high-strength bolts – Installation of roof purlins, supports and wall beams – Installation of color plates (edging) – Supplementary painting of steel components.
2)Steel structure installation plan
According to the unit project measurement control network, the design elevation and positioning axis are used as the basis for elevation and vertical and horizontal axis control.
- Elevation control—measure the elevation of the top surface of the foundation, carry out the positioning of the elevation of the steel structure installation, and draw the elevation alignment, the error of which should be in accordance with GB50205-2001 “Code of Construction and Acceptance of Steel Structure Engineering”.
- Axis control—Pre-check whether the positioning line is in line and closed with the design positioning axis, whether the total dimensional error value of each positioning axis exceeds the permissible range of the specification, and whether the vertical and horizontal positioning axes are vertical and parallel. Together with the owner, civil construction, installation of the test data unified recognition identification proof, the specifications and design requirements, the longitudinal and transverse axes with the latitude and longitude instrument put into the top surface of the foundation, in order to wait for the structure lifting.
- Steel column lifting and correction—The crane enters the construction site according to the traveling line planned in the construction plan and is parked smoothly in the predetermined parking position. Adopt single-point tying lifting, the tying point is located at 1/3 from the top of the column, and pad the outer tire piece of the waste car on the edge of the column flange, which can prevent the relative sliding of the steel wire rope and steel column and prevent the steel wire rope from being cut off by the flange plate. After the steel column is in place, it should be immediately fixed with nuts to the steel column initially. The adjustment of the steel column should be adjusted first for elevation, then for displacement, and finally for verticality. After the steel column is calibrated with level and latitude meters, then fasten the anchor bolts. And the load-bearing pads will be spot-welded and fixed to prevent walking.
- Roof beam assembling—use ground assembling, measure the geometry, and level the platform. The connection point is cleaned up with a steel brush and bolted after it meets the requirements, first initial screwing and then final screwing. After assembling in sections, check whether the length, straightness, and sagittal height dimensions of the beam are in accordance with the dimensions shown in the design drawings. If there is any problem, it should be corrected. After correction, all the data are checked to meet the design requirements and specifications before the beam is lifted.
- Roof frame lifting—If the length of the assembled single-span roof frame is about 27m, a 16t car crane (the specific crane tonnage is decided according to the project size) can be used for flat double-point lifting, and after lifting in place, the temporary fixing is done with high-strength bolts, and the temporary bolts are not less than 1/2 of the total. After the verticality and span of the steel column and beam meet the requirements of the specification, the high-strength bolts will be put on all and the initial and final screwing will be carried out according to the Specification for Construction of High-strength Bolts.
