1. Foundation retesting
Seven days before the installation of the steel structure received the foundation construction unit to provide the foundation acceptance information, which should be based on the foundation construction unit provided by the axis reference points, elevation level points on the foundation for re-testing, and provide re-testing report, the re-testing problems in a timely manner to notify the relevant units, put forward measures to modify. Then, according to the results of the re-survey, the axes and marks are drawn on the foundation.
2. Retesting of pre-buried ground bolts
① Check the length of the bolt that exposes the top surface of the foundation. The thread length of the bolt should ensure the need for tightening the nut after the installation of the steel column.
② Check the verticality of the bolt. If the error exceeds the specified must be straightened, the straightening method can be the cold straightening method or the flame hot straightening method.
③ check the bolt spacing. The actual measurement of the deviation value between groups of independent foundation ground bolts, draw a plan to show the deviation value and deviation direction. The steel column installation hole corresponding to the foot bolt should be adjusted according to the bolt inspection results, and if there is any problem, the hole should be expanded in advance to ensure the smooth installation of the steel column.
3. Pre-inspection of components
①Check the type and number of members.
②Check whether the member has deformation, deformation should be corrected and repaired.
③Check the shape of the member and the relevant size between the installation holes, and draw the alignment of the member’s axis.
④Check whether the connecting plate, cleat, mounting bolts, and high-strength bolts are available and whether the friction surface is rusty.
